In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, and Decree No. 11,795/2023, we are publishing the Salary Equality Report for the entire Grupo Wish S.A., using the format provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Please note that the methodology used in the attached reports is based on the Major Groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), taking into account the organization and classification of professions existing in Brazil, and does not consider compensation criteria such as the nature of the role, job distinctions, area of work, seniority, length of service, time in the role, productivity, or technical proficiency. We also inform you that the data in the reports has been anonymized in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) — Law No. 13,709/2018.
