Salary Transparency Report
In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) Ordinance No. 3,714, and Decree No. 11,795/2023, we are releasing the Equal Pay Report for the entire Wish SA Group, as provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. The methodology adopted in the attached reports is based on the Major Groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), considering the organization and classification of existing professions in Brazil. They do not consider remuneration criteria such as nature of the role, distinction between positions, area of activity, seniority, length of service, time in the role, productivity, and technical perfection of execution. I also inform you that the data in the reports are anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) - 13,709/2018.
