Great location near Rua Torta, and great service from all the staff. The cleanliness was good, the gym was great with an amazing view, and the garden was beautiful. My son really enjoyed the kids’ area, and the breakfast was very complete. We loved the chocolate shop inside the hotel.

Excellent!
Amazing accommodations and exemplary service. The breakfast was complete, and the staff were exceptional. Great for trips, close to several attractions and in a great location. Right across from the covered street and close to Gramado’s best restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, and it’s very close to Rua Coberta in Gramado. You can walk there. It’s not a cheap hotel, but it’s worth staying. There’s an event venue, several restaurants, a wonderful kids’ area, indoor and outdoor pools, and beautiful rooms.

I’d like to congratulate the entire kitchen team at Wish Serrano. I was at the Serrano recently and had dinner at Forneria. I never imagined I’d have the best focaccia I’ve ever tasted. I made a point of asking the waiter for the chef’s name. Excellent service and immaculate tableware. Everything was up to standard. Congratulations to everyone involved.

I spent my birthday weekend in Gramado and without a doubt, we chose the best hotel. Great location, exceptional facilities, and polite, helpful staff. I have no complaints—in fact, only praise. We’ll definitely be back and stay at the same hotel.

A perfect stay! The staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and charming. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was varied, as was dinner. The outdoor areas are also very well maintained, including the pools, gym, lobby, and chapel.

The staff are great, especially DUDA from the Forneria restaurant, who is very kind, attentive, and dedicated. Pamela from the same restaurant, too. A special mention to Bira, the waiter Willian, and Gerson. Luana the masseuse is excellent, as is concierge Adrielle.
