Everything is wonderful at this hotel, and it's very close to the covered street in Gramado. You can walk there. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's worth staying there. It has a venue for events, several restaurants, a wonderful kids' area, indoor and outdoor pools, and beautiful rooms.

I was recently at Serrano and had dinner at the Forneria restaurant; I never imagined I would eat the best focaccia I've ever tasted. I made a point of asking the waiter for the chef's name.
