To ensure your stay is perfect, please follow the recommendations below:
- At check-in, you must present your vaccination card, including proof of rabies vaccination, containing the name of the producing laboratory, the type of vaccine, and the batch/ampoule number used. In addition, the vaccine must have been administered more than 30 days and less than one year before the date of your stay.
- Small puppies are allowed, weighing a maximum of 10 kg and measuring 40 cm from paws to shoulders;
- One pet is allowed per apartment;
- Price: R$135.00 per day;
- Animals are not allowed to roam freely on the hotel premises, nor can they be left alone in the apartment.
- It is necessary to keep the dog on a leash or in your lap while in public areas;
- We kindly ask that you keep your dog away from the food and beverage areas, the pool, the gym, and the sauna.
- Guide dogs and emotional support animals are exempt from this restriction.
- Any damage caused by your pet during your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee during check-in, even if it is identified after check-out.
- The dog kit is intended for use during the animal's stay. It is delivered sanitized and must be returned to the apartment after use, in the same condition as upon arrival.
