To ensure your hosting is perfect, you must follow the recommendations below:
- At check-in, you must present your vaccination card, including proof of rabies vaccination, including the name of the laboratory producing the vaccine, the type of vaccine, and the batch/vial number used. Additionally, the vaccine must have been administered more than 30 days and less than a year before your stay.
- Small puppies weighing up to 10 kg and measuring 40 cm from paws to shoulders are allowed;
- 1 animal is allowed per apartment;
- Price: R$120.00 per day;
- It is not permitted to have loose animals on the hotel premises or leave them alone in the apartment;
- It is necessary to keep the dog on a leash or in your lap while in public areas;
- We kindly ask that you keep your dog away from areas designated for food, drinks, the pool, gym and sauna.
- Guide dogs and emotional support animals are exempt from this restriction.
- Any damage caused by your pet during your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee during check-in, even if identified after check-out.
- The dog kit is intended for use during the animal's stay. It is delivered sanitized and must be returned to the apartment after use, in the same condition as upon arrival.
