Great location near Rua Croto, excellent service from all staff, cleanliness, good gym with great views, beautiful garden, my son really enjoyed the kids' area, and a very complete breakfast. We liked the chocolate shop inside the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, and it's very close to Gramado's covered street. You can walk there. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's worth staying there. It has event space, several restaurants, a wonderful kids' space, an indoor and outdoor pool, and beautiful rooms.
